Terms and Conditions

The terms a job is carried out under: quotes, deposits, dates, changes, payment and the guarantee.

Last updated: April 2026 · Governing law: England and Wales

Quotes

A quote is based on what we can see at the time we give it. If the job turns out to be different once work starts, we will tell you before we carry on, and we will not charge more without your agreement.

Payment

Payment terms are set out on the quote. Any deposit is stated there, and it goes towards the final bill.

Cancelling

You can cancel before work starts. If we have already bought materials specifically for your job, those are chargeable. Where you engaged us away from our business premises, you have a statutory fourteen-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Guarantee

Our workmanship is guaranteed for the period stated on your quote. Manufacturer guarantees on materials pass to you and are theirs to honour, not ours.

Photographs

We may photograph finished work for our own portfolio. Tell us if you would rather we did not, and we will not. We never publish your address.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
