Fitted kitchens · Bespoke bedrooms · West London

Made for your room.
Not adjusted to fit it.

Arshdeep owns the business and designs the work. He comes to the house, measures what is actually there, draws it, and gives you one price. Then he fits it, with the three fitters who work with him.

What we make

Two trades in one van: kitchens, and everything that goes in a bedroom.

Supplied and fitted, or fitted only if you have already bought it. Same man either way.

How it runs

Four steps, and you can stop after any of the first three.

Nothing is owed until you have seen a drawing and a price. That is the whole point of doing it in this order.

    Arshdeep comes and measures

Free, about an hour, no obligation and no sales pitch. He measures the room properly, looks at what is behind the walls and asks what you actually keep in there.

  2. 02

    You get a drawing

Of your room, with the units in it, so you can see what you are buying rather than imagine it. Moving things at this stage costs nothing but a conversation.

  3. 03

    One written price

Broken down, with what is excluded stated plainly. Given once. It does not drop by a third if you say you want to think about it.

  4. 04

The same man, start to finish

The man who measured it is on site for the fit, with his own three fitters. One job at a time, the room cleared down every evening, and a walk round together at the end.

The work

The only thing worth judging a fitter on.

More of it, moving

He films the jobs as they go. That lives on Instagram.

Photographs show you the finish. The clips show you the fit: how a run meets an uneven wall, what the drawers actually do, how a room looks the morning after.

Who does the work

Arshdeep. Five years at his own name.

He learned the job on other people's sites and got tired of watching corners cut where the customer would not see them for two years. So he started doing it his own way: one job at a time, drawn before it is priced, and fitted by the people who measured it.

There is no showroom, no sales team and no commission. When you ring, you speak to him. When the van turns up, it is him and the three fitters who work with him.

More about how we work

Before you ring

The questions everybody asks first.

How much does this actually cost?

Fitted wardrobes land between £2,000 and £5,000 for most jobs. Kitchens run £2,000 to £15,000. The smallest job we take on is £200 and the largest we have completed was £30,000. Every one of those figures has a page behind it explaining what moves the number.

Is there VAT on top?

No. Signature Kitchen & Bedrooms is not VAT registered, so the figure you are quoted is the figure you pay. On a £10,000 kitchen that is £2,000 you are not spending.

What deposit do you take?

10%, before work starts, which books the dates. The balance is due when the job is finished. We do not offer finance and we do not ask for staged payments.

Do you have a showroom?

No, deliberately. A showroom is an overhead that gets recovered from the job, and it is never the showroom that pays for it. Arshdeep brings samples to your house instead, which is where the light and the walls actually are.

How far do you travel?

About 50 miles from Hayes, which covers West London, Middlesex, Surrey, Berkshire and Hertfordshire. There is no distance charge anywhere inside that.

What happens if something goes wrong afterwards?

We come back. If anything fails within 12 months of the job finishing we put it right, and that covers our fitting as well as what we supplied.

The next step

An hour of Arshdeep's time, a drawing, and a price. None of it costs you anything.
