You tell us the room
A couple of photographs and rough dimensions are plenty to start. If you already have a kitchen plan from a supplier, send that too.

Arshdeep comes and measures
Free, about an hour, evenings and Saturdays included. He measures properly, looks at what is behind the walls, and asks what you keep in there.

You get a drawing and one price
Within a few days you get a 3D drawing of the room, so you can see it before it is made, and one price against it. Nothing is owed at any point up to here, and changes at the drawing stage cost nothing.
